From November 20th to 22nd, the No. 1 polypropylene unit was shut down and overhauled for 3 days as planned. During the overhaul, the polypropylene workshop was fully deployed and coordinated. During the overhaul of No. 1 device, the production scheduling plan for No. 2 and No. 3 was optimized to ensure high-load production of the device. The overhaul opportunity of No. 1 device was used to solve the bottom of the gas phase reactor R401 Blocked pipelines are prone to blockage problems. After the device is started, the load is successfully increased by 7%, and the monthly plan is successfully completed.
During the production of the plant, the polypropylene workshop fully implemented the hidden danger investigation and management and risk assessment, arranged the work plan in a reasonable and orderly manner, and started from the three aspects of daily inspection, DCS supervision and equipment maintenance, and continuously improved the key unit operation method and emergency plan. Important indicators should be included in the process card. At the same time, lunch breaks should be used to organize operator training, strengthen emergency drills, improve personnel emergency handling capabilities, and comprehensively monitor the operation of the device.
On November 26th, Wu Yu, the head of the 1st device, found that the feeding of the gas phase reactor R401 fluctuated. After inspection, it was found that the bottom pipeline was blocked. The equipment member Wu Yuanquan immediately cleared the pipeline to avoid unplanned shutdown accidents. On November 28, during the inspection of Yang Tiejun, a foreign operator, the pad cutter of the No. 1 extruder A line pelletizer saw a pad cushion phenomenon, and the pelletizing effect became worse. After inspection, it was found that the hydraulic tie rod lock nut of the pelletizing water chamber was loose, resulting in The pelleting effect becomes worse, and the equipment technician Wu Yuanquan immediately nuts. After adjustment, the pelleting resumes normal production, which prevents the extruder from stopping and affects the output of the device.
Through all-round management and monitoring methods, the three sets of equipment in the polypropylene workshop have always maintained high-load operation. As of 6:00 on November 30, the cumulative output of the No. 1 unit of the polypropylene plant was 161,300 tons, and the cumulative output of the No. 3 unit was 169,700 tons, and the annual planned output has been completed in advance.
