In the flexible packaging industry, the mechanism for unwinding and rewinding is a relatively important part. For operators, the simpler the mechanism for loading and unloading film materials, the better, and do not waste too much time and energy.
At present, there are mainly two kinds of structures commonly used for winding and unwinding: one is a shaft-less charging and shaft-loading common mechanism, and the other is a shaft-loading mechanism.
Two different structures have their own characteristics.

1.The main working principle of the common mechanism of non-shaft loading and shaft loading
The motor 1 rotates the motor pulley 2, via the timing belt 3, the outer pulley 4, the outer pulley 4 and the inner pulley 6 are coaxial, and via the timing belt 7, the material shaft pulley 8 is rotated to transmit power to the left cone. 10, thereby driving the inflatable shaft 11 or the film material 12, so that the film material 12 is rotated at a high speed to meet the equipment process requirements.
The air cylinder 5 is connected to the left cone plug. The back and forth movement of the axial position of the left cone plug is controlled by the air cylinder, and the right cone plug is controlled by the worm gear mechanism 15 and the hand wheel 16 to control the back and forth movement of the axial position.
When loading the film material, first adjust the right cone plug 13 in an appropriate position and fix it, and then adjust the position of the left cone plug of the cylinder until it is appropriate.
When the film width changes, one is to control the position of the left cone plug 10 by adjusting the stroke of the cylinder 5, the other is to adjust the stroke of the worm gear mechanism 15 by using the hand wheel 16 and control the position of the right cone 13 to complete the loading and unloading of the film. When the film material becomes narrow, the film material can be loaded and unloaded by using the inflatable shaft 11, and then the inflatable shaft is mounted on the left and right cone plugs.
The advantage of this is that the shaftless charging has a certain loading range, the mechanical structure does not need to be large, and at the same time, the narrow film material can work, which meets the process requirements of the manufacturer and improves the cost-effectiveness of the equipment.
2. The main working principle of the shaft loading mechanism
The motor 1 rotates the motor sprocket 4, via the chain 3, the outer sprocket 2, the outer sprocket 2 and the intermediate pulley 11 are coaxial, via the timing belt 10, the rotating pulley 9, the pulley 9 and the intermediate pulley 5 are coaxial, The gear wheel 5 transmits the power to the material shaft gear 6, thereby rotating the inflatable shaft 12, and the inflatable shaft drives the film material 13 to rotate at high speed to meet the process requirements.

When the width of the film material is less than the stroke of the cylinder and the worm gear mechanism, an inflatable shaft is used for loading. The film material 12 is placed on the inflatable shaft. The relative position of the film material is adjusted according to the size scale on the inflatable shaft. Inflate the inflatable shaft, fix the film material, and place the inflatable shaft in the middle of the left and right cone plugs. Adjust the cylinder 5 and the worm gear mechanism 15 so that the left and right cone plugs clamp the inflatable shaft. When working, the left cone of the transmission surface The blocking will drive the film material to rotate at a high speed to meet the equipment process requirements.
This mechanism not only has the characteristics of non-shaft loading, but also can realize the loading with shaft, which can meet the user's requirements to the greatest extent. The wide film material is loaded without shaft, and the narrow film material is filled with air shaft, which reduces the time of loading and unloading film material, reduces labor intensity, flexible operation, easy to use, and brings efficiency to the production. At the same time, equipment manufacturers When designing the loading mechanism, it is not necessary to do much, saving production costs and time.
2. Features of shaft loading mechanism
When loading, first loosen the locking bolts on the two glands 7 on the left and right flip arms at the same time, pull the inflatable shaft 12 backward, withdraw from the working position and then remove it, and put the inflatable shaft on the film material 13 On the paper core, pay attention to the feeding direction of the film material at the same time, do not install it in reverse, adjust the relative position of the film material according to the size scale on the inflatable shaft, inflate the inflatable shaft, fix the film material, and then The inflatable shaft is placed on the left and right flip arms, and the gland is tightly tightened, the bolts are locked, the inflatable shaft is fixed, and the axial position is adjusted to keep the same as the edge of the film on the machine. The equipment works safely and efficiently. The operation of rewinding and unloading is the same as unwinding.
Because each time the film material is replaced, the inflatable shaft must be unloaded and repeatedly loaded and unloaded. One is to increase the time for loading and unloading the film, and the other is to increase the labor intensity. Compared with the shaftless loading mechanism, The operation is inconvenient and labor-intensive.
