1.Mechanical accuracy

Mechanical accuracy includes:

Electrical control accuracy includes:

Use of solvent-free glue

At present, most of the enterprises in China use two-component polyurethane solvent-free glues. In actual use, the most important thing is to ensure that the AB component ratio is accurate. Three. Solvent-free composite process

1. According to the different characteristics of each material, set different tension parameters, sizing amount, etc. PE, OPP, PA, VMCPP, VMPET, AL, etc. have different characteristics, and the suitable amount of glue is also different.

2. When the speed is too high (above 400m / min), some glue will generate glue mist, which will affect the composite appearance and quality.

3. The effect of temperature and humidity on composite quality. When the room temperature is low in winter, there will be two effects: First, the surface temperature of the material is low. During the production process, some of the heat of the heating roller will be taken away, so that the temperature of the roller cannot reach the set temperature, which will affect the paste合 结果。 The effect. The second is the effect of temperature on the amount of glue, the temperature will affect the density of the glue, and the glue mixer uses the volume to control the amount of glue, the temperature will affect the fluidity and viscosity of the glue.
