Working principle and process

1. Working principle of the old drying box system

After the fresh air from the outside is heated by the heat exchanger, the hot air is sent to the movable drying box by the air inlet fan. The hot air at the air inlet is distributed to each air nozzle through the guide of the oven deflector. The speed of about 25 meters is blown to the printing surface of the film material, so that the ink on the printing surface is quickly dried and firmly adsorbed on the surface of the film material. After the cold and heat exchange reaction, this part of the mixed gas containing the ink solvent is led through the exhaust pipe. Go to the exhaust port, and then discharge directly into the atmosphere through the negative pressure of the traction of the exhaust fan of the main pipeline. There is a set of exhaust pipe in the middle of each group of nozzles. Its function is to quickly remove the mixed gas in time after the hot air blows to the printing surface, reduce the concentration of ink solvent in the oven, and reduce the pollution to the film.

2.The working principle of the new drying box system

2.Exhaust port

The old drying box has only one exhaust port. The mixed gas containing ink solvent during work, due to the high concentration of residual ink solvent, has no use value and is directly discharged into the atmosphere. The new drying box is divided into two upper and lower exhausts. mouth. The lower exhaust port is connected to the exhaust pipe at the lower part of the oven. The concentration of the ink solvent in the mixed gas is relatively high and has no use value. It is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the main duct exhaust fan during work. The air pipe is connected, because the concentration of the ink solvent in the mixed gas is relatively low, it can be recycled after mixing with fresh air to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection, and at the same time, it can reduce the solvent residue of the product. It is worth mentioning that although the exhaust of the old drying box can be partially recycled, through experiments, it was found that the residual amount of solvent exceeded the standard and did not meet the hygienic requirements of printing and packaging materials .

3.Air heating method

The air heating method of the new drying box system: fresh air + return air-inlet fan-heat exchanger-drying box; the air heating method of the old drying box system: fresh air-heat exchanger- -Air inlet fan--drying box. The new drying system has a certain energy saving effect because the heat exchanger is as close to the drying box as possible to reduce the intermediate connection and reduce heat loss.

4.Feeding arc

The feeding arc R2 of the new type drying box is smaller than the feeding arc R1 of the old type drying box, so the feeding stability is better, the amount of film drift can be reduced, the film is more stable when moving at high speed, and the product is improved. Print quality.
