By modifying the automatic fire extinguishing device of the equipment, you can increase safety and reduce losses. The automatic fire extinguishing device shown in Figure 1 requires welding a fire extinguishing pipe on the upper end of the pressure roller, installing an automatic temperature control probe and an automatic valve switch. When glue or ink is ignited, the temperature control probe detects a temperature rise and opens the automatic valve. Automatic extinguishing increases personnel fire fighting time. The fire can be effectively controlled without the attention of personnel. The first one in the picture is the fire extinguisher box. The dry powder is installed inside. Once there is an open flame, it can be released to extinguish the fire. The lower nozzle is an automatic valve and needs to be designed and installed by the equipment factory.
Generally, during the use of glue or ink, the spontaneous combustion caused by high temperature, static electricity, drying, etc., including the rubber roller, is difficult to extinguish once it is ignited. Reconstruction of the equipment according to Figure 1 can effectively extinguish the fire in time, although it may not It can extinguish the fire completely, but it can increase the effective fire extinguishing time for personnel and control the spread of fire.
The automatic fire extinguishing device shown in FIG. 2 uses the method of extinguishing the fire extinguisher outside the equipment. It is transferred to the rubber roller or the rubber roller of the printing color group through a pipe, and a probe is arranged below the fire extinguishing pipe. The principle is similar to that of FIG. 1. Figure 2 can extinguish fire manually or automatically. The first one in the figure is a manual switch, which can be extinguished by removing the plug. (12) in the figure is an automatic switch to connect the probe, and the temperature is controlled by the probe.
