The anti-counterfeiting of packaging in the new century is not only reflected in anti-counterfeiting labels, but also in the integration of anti-counterfeiting packaging. Packaging that combines one-time destruction of packaging structure with other anti-counterfeiting marks can truly prevent counterfeiting and replacement and combat crime. Enterprises now do realize this and have applied it to the packaging of goods, but sometimes they may pay too much attention to the design of anti-counterfeit structure and ignore other aspects. As can be seen from Figure 1, the original packaging of the lotion is a plastic bottle, the bottle cap is a race hole cap, and the end is provided with a one-time breaking lock hoop. The cap has an inner stopper to prevent the internal emulsion from flowing out or being stolen. The inner stopper and the bottle cap form a double-layer protection. Remove the inner stopper, press the cap and press it down. There are lugs on the inside of the cap, and the bottleneck There are protrusions on the two, which can be engaged. The shallow top cap on the bottle cap can be opened, and the emulsion can be poured out easily. These structures take into account the anti-counterfeiting and anti-theft performance of the package and the convenience of use, but it has a disadvantage: It is snapped and the bottleneck is round. When the emulsion is poured, the bottle cap will turn around, which is not conducive to controlling the amount of emulsion to be poured, which does not meet the requirements of ergonomics.
Third, the improvement plan and analysis From the perspective of protection, anti-counterfeiting, convenience and user-friendly design of the package, consider comprehensively improving it, mainly including the following plans:
According to the design concept of the original packaging of the emulsion, the simplest improvement method is to make the bottleneck into an oval shape, as shown in Figure 2, so that the bottle cap is fixed after being engaged and cannot be rotated.
The second improvement method is also relatively simple. In order to prevent the rotation of the bottle cap, it is changed to a screw cap. After the lock hoop is torn off, the bottle cap and the bottle neck are tightly screwed and fixed.
In combination with the popular one-time breaking twist-off bottle caps currently available on the market, improvements are made. The original packaging of the product had an internal stopper inside the cap, but now it does the opposite. The top of the bottle is sealed, leaving only a small hole to pour the emulsion. A cover is added to the bottleneck, as shown in Figure 3. The cover has threads. The cover screw and the bottleneck thread are combined into one, and then add one outside. The plastic twist-off cap plays a role of anti-counterfeiting and anti-theft. The cover and the bottle cap form a double-layer protection. After opening the bottle cap, it can be discarded, leaving the cap for easy opening. According to the same principle, the cap can be directly sealed into the bottle cap without adding a thread.
It can be seen from Table 1 that the four improved packaging structures all have a one-time destruction anti-counterfeiting structure, all have double-layer protection function, and the opening of the race hole cover, the screw cover and the cover is convenient and meets the requirements of ergonomics.
4. Conclusions The four improvement schemes mentioned above meet the requirements of structural anti-counterfeiting on the premise of meeting the basic performance of packaging, and make consumers light and labor-saving during use, easy to open, safe and comfortable.
